Terms and Conditions for My Speakers Boutique Online Membership

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My Speakers Boutique Online Membership online digital course (the "Membership") offered by My Speakers Boutique, LLC, a United States company (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Course.

1. Subscription and Payment:

1.1. Subscription Cost: The monthly subscription fee for My Speakers Boutique Online Membership is $47.77.

1.2. Payment: Payment is due on a monthly basis. You agree to pay the subscription fee using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.

1.3. Automatic Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by you.

2. Access and Membership:

2.1. Membership: Upon successful payment, you will gain access to editable Private Label Rights (PLR) digital products included in My Speakers Boutique Online Membership

2.2. Content Availability: Access to the Membership is provided on a month-to-month basis. You may use the digital products for personal and commercial purposes during the active subscription period.

3. Cancellation and Termination:

3.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the next month.

3.2. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

4. Removal of Products: We may remove, edit, or update products within the My Speakers Boutique Online Membership suite at any time.

4.1. Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your monthly subscription or if your payment method fails, you will be removed from the monthly subscription membership, and your access to the My Speakers Boutique Online Membership will be terminated.

4.2. Product Removal: Upon cancellation, you must promptly remove all products obtained from My Speakers Boutique Online Membership from any of your products including your website, opt-in forms, landing pages, social media accounts, YouTube channels, Etsy store, Shopify Store, and any other online or physical shops.

5. Refunds:

5.1. No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once charged, payments are final, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Modifications:

6.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Course website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
